(Hendrik lim is a business practicisoner for international trades, in additon he is also a leading management author at the gramedia publishers. Hendrik coachs some of the top national companies, and speaking at their various annual management meeting forum and business conference. His earlier profesional experience covered as Presdient Director of a subsidiary under Djarum Group of Companies,and General Manager Asia Pacific of national textiles conglomerate. Hendrik Lim earned his MBA from Asian InstituteTechnology. Bangkok Thailand. Completed his executive management Program at NUS Singopore- Stanford University USA. He also earned other internasional exposure of Top Management program under G to G Program by JICA Fukuoka Japan, and Advance leadership with Haggai Institute, Atlanta. Drs. SYONANTO WIJAYA, MA
Area of Interest : Project advisory, corporate and business development. Senior top execitives in prestigous national company and institutions, including Astra Group and President University, Jababeka Group
Competence: finance and accounting, General management.
(Syonanto Wijaya has more than 20 years working experience as senior executive and mainly in Astra Group. Main assignment was review every new business proposal and overseeing the business and financial performance of all subsidiary companies in the group. He was later appointed as Director and then Managing Director in the subsidiary company. While working In Astra group Syonanto joined a lot of training and workshop conducted by top management school in Europe and also top American bank such as Citibank, Chase Manhattan Bank, Amex. Syonanto earned his degree in Accounting, started his career as an external auditor in a very prominent international accounting firm and consultant. He completed executive training with was INSEAD Business School, Credit Management, Chase Manhattan Bank, Treasury Management and Foreign Exchange Management, Citibank . (Markus Hidayat strong competence is in the area of human resource development, conflict resolution, Industrial relation arbitrage and organizational design and development. He spends much of his professional exposure in human resources management, business management, and corporate strategy. His professional exposure was senior executive at Astra group of company and corporate director at Lippo Group. Markus brought with him 30 years of experience in managing and turning around company. Now Markus run his own business set up Markus earned his education in Psychology at Universitas Indonesia and Executive management in Human Resources Management and General management by INSEAD Institute of Management France in collaboration with PT Astra International Tbk. Competence: Philosophy, Social Psichology Saifur earned PhD from University Gajahmada and Al Azhar Egypt.
(Saifur a young and progresive intellectual, a Doctor in philosophy, a dedicated lecturer in reputable universities. His fields interest are philosophy, culture, and creative writing. Saifur Rohman graduated his PhD from UGM Jogjakarta, and Master of Psychology in Unika Semarang. Also completing his Ph D from Al-Azhar Cairo, Egypt. Dr. Saifur Rohman’s competence will help organization to appreciate its stakeholders in wholistics perspectives, enable clients to understand human natures and motives from integrated approaches. The inclusion of philosophy expertise will also allow organization to have a complete and fundamental dimension of human behavioral from the aspect of psychology and philosophies. Dr Saifur Rohman also earn research fellowship in post graduate in few esteemed scholastic venues among other in Middle East (2003), Kuala Lumpur (2006), Singapura (2007), and Beijing (2008). )

Jannus is very versatiles with negotiation and dispute setllement. Janus at present is Director of Corporate communication at one of the largest mining company.
